The Blackwater Retail Park has parking for around 300 cars. Parking is free for customers for a limited time - please check the signs for details..

It took just over a year to develop the retail units at the Blackwater Retail Park in Maldon and work on the Travelodge Hotel is now complete.

The retail park has it's own car park with nearly 300 spaces offering customers free parking for up to three hours. Tesco, Lidl and McDonald's are also only a few minutes walk away and the High Street a little further.

The Blackwater Retail Park occupies the site of the old railway lines and goods yard that once ran to Witham carrying passengers and goods. The Maldon East station building still exists and is converted to offices. The rear of the station building can be viewed from the car park including part of the platform canopy and some cast iron pillars.
