Maldon Bonfire Night & Fireworks Display
Following last year's sell out event, the Maldon Rotary Club are once again busy organising this year's Maldon Fireworks Display happening on Saturday 1st November 2025 in Maldon's Promenade Park.
The gates open for this incredible event at 5.30pm with music and entertainment from 6pm.
BBC Essex's Matt Mackay and the stage will be busy from 6 pm with local youngster, Alfie.Rocks.Guitar, followed by soul legend Irie Jay and super group Funk2k who will be playing both before and after the fireworks, so visitors don’t need to rush to the carpark but can stay and enjoy a further 30 minutes of entertainment.”
Refreshments and a varied offering of food will be available to purchase from the numerous outlets.
The bonfire will be lit about 7pm and the fireworks display will kick off about 7.30pm.

There is a limited number of tickets available and they must be purchased online in advance:
Child aged 5 and under free
Age 6-17 £7
Adult £9
Family (2 adults & 2 children) £26
THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES ON THE GATE
Unlike previous years, tickets will not be available from retail outlets or the High Street, they are only available online.
Refreshments will be available in the park
In the interest of public safety, no fireworks or sparklers will be allowed through the gates under any circumstances.
WHERE TO PARK:
Visitors are recomended to use the car parks off the High Street - click here for details of charges. Parking will also be available at the Maldon District Council Offices in Princes Road CM9 5D and the Lower Plume School CM9 5JA. Disabled Blue Badge users will be allowed to use the park's coach park on production of the Blue Badge subject to available space.
