The Bard's ultimate power couple will be lighting up the Maldon night sky as part of a special open-air theatre performance.
For centuries, audiences all over the world have delighted in Shakespeare's Macbeth, a gripping tale of greed, murder and the supernatural, and this production promises to be as equally intriguing and visually stunning.
With a cast made-up of professional actors, who have performed Shakespeare all over the country and further afield, Macbeth runs in the atmospheric Maze Garden in Maldon's Promenade Park over the weekend of July 5 and 6.
Theatre-goers are advised to bring their own chairs, blankets and picnics although there will be a bar serving drinks, ice creams and light nibbles before the show starts and during the interval.

Cost: Tickets for the show are priced £16 and £14 for concessions
